Write to [email protected]. Two working days is our usual turnaround; a question about a specific set gets answered faster if the set name from the page title is in the subject line.
What we can and cannot help with
We are the right address for anything about the knives themselves and the pages on this site. We are the wrong address for order status, delivery windows and returns: those live with our retail partner, whose order history page has the current state of any purchase from the moment of checkout.

Letters reach us there, and that is the whole job it does. There is no counter to visit, nothing on display, and no reason to send a parcel to it; a set on its way back belongs with the retail partner's returns process, not with our mailbox.
