Sending a set back

A set that is not right goes back through the retail partner that sold it. Here is the map.

Where a return starts

The same retail partner that handled your checkout handles the way back. Start from their order history, pick the set, and the return options for that purchase are laid out there, including drop-off choices and the state of the money once the box is received. Their policy for the listing is the one that applies; our pages do not add to it or subtract from it.

Before it goes back

  • Seat every knife back in its slot and pack the block the way it arrived; loose blades are the main reason a returned set travels badly.
  • Keep the receipt or the drop-off confirmation until the order page shows the box arrived.
  • Do not send anything to our postal address. It is a mailbox for letters, and a parcel there leaves the return unprocessed.

When it is a fault, not a preference

A chipped edge out of the box or a loose handle on arrival is still a return through the same door, but we also want to hear about it: a short note with the set name helps us catch a bad batch early. The contact page has the address.
